Sadie Gray is a loving, affectionate senior Staffy mix who weighs about 55 lbs. She was a staff & volunteer favorite at the small rural shelter where she was picked up as stray. She is a total doll, quiet & well mannered, great with kids and good with other dogs (definitely no cats though). When Sadie was found in Habersham County she was covered in mange, had a yeast infection that caused her eyes & ears to swell shut, her feet were raw & bleeding, and she was HW+. The shelter had been treating Sadie with daily meds & their volunteers had been giving Stella medicated baths regularly. She needed more medical care than the shelter could provide so when BarkVille heard about her, we pulled her from the shelter, placed her in a wonderful foster home, and got her the medical care she needed. She is now thriving in her foster home and has started her HW treatment. She is available for a foster-to-adopt situation until her HW treatment is complete in December and her adoption can be finalized. Sadie is housbroken, crate trained, spayed, fully vaccinated & microchipped.
